Departures & drop-offs
Your chauffeur will collect you from your Godalming address at an agreed time, load your luggage, and drop you at the correct Heathrow terminal — kerbside at Departures. We build in generous buffer time based on your check-in and the day's traffic.
Terminal 2 drop-off (Star Alliance)
Access via the M25 J14. Drop-off is on the upper level directly outside Departures. Ideal for Lufthansa, Air Canada, Singapore Airlines and other Star Alliance carriers.
Terminal 3 drop-off (Oneworld & partners)
Shared entrance with T2 via the central terminal area. Popular carriers include American Airlines, British Airways long-haul (partial), Cathay Pacific, Emirates and Qantas.
Terminal 4 drop-off (SkyTeam & others)
Southern side of the airport, accessed via the T4 spur road. Serves Air France, KLM, Etihad, Qatar and most SkyTeam alliance carriers.
Terminal 5 drop-off (British Airways)
British Airways' dedicated terminal, plus Iberia. Access via the T5 spur road off the M25 J14 — direct kerbside drop at Departures.
Arrivals & meet-and-greet
We monitor your flight from take-off. Your chauffeur is inside the terminal at Arrivals, name-boarded on request. 60 minutes of complimentary waiting are included after touchdown to allow for baggage and border control.
Terminal 2 meeting point
Meet your chauffeur inside Arrivals, near the WHSmith / Costa concourse. Free 60-minute wait applies from touchdown.
Terminal 3 meeting point
Meet inside Arrivals at the central meet-and-greet area. Chauffeurs carry a name board on request.
