1. Booking & confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS containing a Premier Cars reference (format PCS-YYYY-XXXXXX). Quoted prices are guaranteed for 30 minutes from generation and are subject to acceptance.
2. Fares & extras
Fares are calculated on the pickup date, time, route, vehicle class and passenger/luggage count. Additional stops, waiting time beyond the included allowance, meet-and-greet at airports, and out-of-hours pickups may attract surcharges shown at quote.
3. Cancellations & refunds
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations 4–12 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare.
- Cancellations under 4 hours or no-show: 100% of the fare.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Waiting time
15 minutes free waiting time is included for local pickups. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes free from touchdown. Additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
5. Luggage & passengers
Each vehicle has stated luggage and passenger limits (see the fleet page). We reserve the right to refuse carriage if a booking exceeds these limits without prior arrangement.
6. Passenger conduct
Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol or drugs is not permitted in any vehicle. Cleaning fees of up to £150 apply where soiling occurs. Drivers may decline to complete a journey where passenger conduct compromises safety.
7. Delays & liability
We track incoming flights and adjust automatically. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road works, or passenger lateness, but will always take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
8. Data & privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are covered in our Cookie Policy.
9. Complaints
See our Complaints Procedure for how to raise an issue and expected response times.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
